2041 feet and up.
We have just witnessed the real love family, friends, and strangers have for their fellow man. Real tears from real people. An almost undescribable event. Most likely there will be many new slogans attempting to describe this miraculous moment in history. Slogans like,
1. The resurrection.
2. Thirty three and up.
3. The miracle of Copiapo Chile.
4. Journey up from the center of the earth.
5. They returned to us.
Did luck play any part in the rescue of these 33? Or was it the will of men, young and old, rich and poor, to pull together, unite their forces, their technology, and many fields of expertise to bring these men back from a certain death. I for one am pleased to see a man who is a politician with the confidence, and will to succeed. He believed, as did others, that there was hope, and they all moved as one on that hope.
We have witnessed the true and deep emotions of families reunited. Real tears of love coming from those who waited for the miracle to happen. Sincere thanks coming from those rescued; they first kissed, and hugged their loved ones, then shook the hands of those who gave their time and efforts to save them. Men made in the image and likeness of God showing godly love, and thanks for their neighbor. This miracle come from a humble people, in a poor country that may never be seen again in our life time.
Thank God for His loving mercy.
