Publishing video on the internet

If you have any videos - anything at all, (home movies, personal documentaries, any videos that are public domain, etc) I can now upload them onto a site on the internet, and create an address to find it, even create your own domain name site to find it: (ie:www.JohnDoe.com)
1-You can choose to opt out of search options, making the video private.
2-You can choose to block remarks to it without your approval, or allow anyone to remark about it.
3-You can choose to prevent anyone from embedding, copying it or downloading it, or allowing anyone to embed it, copy it or download it.
4-There is NO LIMIT in size or length. NONE. Anything is permitted that is not copyrighted, obscene or porn.
5-It is FREE.
