Church Website Improvement Award Nominee: Holly Springs Baptist - Holly Springs, AR

I am the webmaster of the site for our church, Holly Springs Baptist, it is the first website our church has ever had. It began as an idea to expand our prayer ministry and come to find out others in the church were wanting to put things on the web about what God is going in His church. I took the inititive and began the work. The site is still new, about 3 weeks or so, and I am still working on it, hoping to make it public within the next couple weeks. Our church has about 130 members in a town of about 134 pop. Our members range from local community to about 60 miles away. We hope this free web site will eventually become more and that God will use it as a tool to bring others to His kingdom. We seek to use it to further what God is doing in our body of believers. Glory to God for what He is doing, and maybe through this opportunity he will further bless us with what we can do with this contest.

This site has recently been made public to the church, since then, we have added our Pastors page where he can post his own thoughts and God's revelation to him. We have also gotten into contact with other sites and churches through it. We have gotten into contact with friends from around the world. We have increased awareness of things happening within the church and in our associational churches. God has already used this site in a huge way and I can already see where He is leading it and its use.
